Foundation

PBM Ltd. is a company based on private capital, founded in May 1998 in  accordance with the Albanian Legislation  (registered in the court with the decree Nr. 19438, on 13/05/1998, and the Fiscal code Nr. 3404523/ NIPT: K31407015R).

 

In October 2001, PBM  has created a special unite for external audit that has been registered in Albanian Institute of Chartered Account (IEKA) by the decision Nr. 28, date 22.10.2001.
