PBM Ltd. activity is focused on accounting, auditing and financial consulting. Throughout a period of more than 10 years, since its foundation, there can be evidenced the following key activities:

Accounting and related Services

Business process outsourcing in tax and bookkeeping services, payroll administration services, and the preparation of financial reports in accordance with NAS and IFRS for some international companies operating in Albania:

Granit Construction Stock Co (Macedonian Company). This company assisted in the construction and rehabilitation of the highways, in the North-South and East-West corridor on EU funds reaching a total value of 46 million EURO. Company has trusted all the above mentioned services to PBM Ltd.(1999-2003).
“A G S sh.p.k. Tirana”, French Multinational (2000 - to date); has trusted to PBM bookkeeping and the preparation of financial statements, tax, custom services and payroll.
“PROCTER & Gamble, Albania”, US Multinational (2006 – to date), has trusted to PBM bookkeeping and tax compliance services, payroll administration services, management reporting and the preparation of financial statements.
“Bayer Pharma, Albania”, German Multinational (2007 – to date), has trusted to PBM tax and financial statements preparation.
“EGL Albania”, Swiss Multinational (2006 – to date), has trusted to PBM bookkeeping and tax compliance services, payroll administration services, management reporting and the preparation of financial statements.

Auditing some public and private enterprises, as follow: „Naval Port“- Vlora, “Kirchberger” (Construction Company), “ARMO” Albanian Petroleum Company, etc.

Financial External Audit for "Tirana Municipality Road Development Project 2007". Loan Agreement ID 36228 financed by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the beneficiary Municipality of Tirana (December 2009)
Financial External Audit for “Tirana Schools Rehabilitation Project 2007”. Loan Agreement F/P 1509 financed by Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) and the beneficiary Municipality of Tirana (December 2008).
Financial External Audit of the project of PLANCOAST- Spatial Planning in Coastal Zones. Grant Contract 2007/ 134-527 financed by European Commission and the beneficiary Environmental Center for Administration and Technology, Albania (August 2008).
Financial External Audit of the project of IMMENSITY- Immigrant’s Entrepreneurship for Socio-Economic Cohesion and Improvement of Living Standards. Grant Contract 2006/ 133-197 financed by European Commission and the beneficiary Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Albania (June 2008).

Others

In 2008, PBM ltd performed the “Tax Due Diligence of Electricity Distribution Operating System in Albania” for the privatization process. This task was performed for the account of ENEL Italy.
Management and evaluation of fixed assets (special mission), on behalf of Tirana Airport Partners (Hochtief AG.)- 2005.
In 2001 PBM has cooperated with MAXWELL STAMP, English Company for the project “Albanian Saving Bank privatization Advisor” and we were involved in the team for the preparation of “Finance due diligence for the Saving Bank of Albania”.

International Cooperation

In co-operation with “GALLO ECF S.p.A” (Italian firm) PBM was involved in an audit team in KOSOVO for auditing of AGRO BUSINESS UNIT (ABU). Beneficiaries: The European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) and the United Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK), (April – May 2006; January- February 2007).
In co-operation with “AGRiCONSULTING Europe S.p.A” (Belgium firm) PBM was involved in an audit team in KOSOVO for auditing of KOSOVO Judicial Institute PROJECT (KJI). Management of this project has been done by OSCE, Mission in Kosovo (September 2004).
In co-operation with “AGRiCONSULTING Europe S.p.A” (Belgium firm) PBM was involved in an audit team in KOSOVO for auditing of KOSOVO IRIGATION REHABILITATIN PROJECT (KIRP). Beneficiaries: The European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) and the United Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK), (MAY-8 June 2004).
In co-operation with “GALLO ECF S.p.A” (Italian firm) PBM was involved in an audit team in KOSOVO for auditing of AGRO BUSINESS UNIT (ABU). Beneficiaries: The European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) and the United Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK), (December 2003, February 2004).
In co-operation with “PE International” (United Kingdom firm) PBM was involved in an audit team in KOSOVO for auditing of “Interim Credit Unit” (ICU), a joint project of the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) and the World Bank- International Development Administration (IDA). The objective of this project is to rapidly inject much needed financial resources into Kosovo’s private sector to re-start production, create employment, and ultimately contribute to poverty alleviation (September 2003).
In co-operation with “GALLO ECF S.p.A” (Italian firm) PBM was involved in an audit team in KOSOVO for auditing of Industrial Development Program (IDP). Beneficiaries: The European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) and the United Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK), (May 2003).
In co-operation with “POHL Consulting and association” (German firm) PBM was involved in an audit team in KOSOVO for auditing of AGRO_BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND AGRO-PROCESSING PROGRAMME. Beneficiaries: The European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) and the United Interim Administration in Kosovo (UNMIK), (October 2002).
